We know that some may react to the fact that we are already posting t-shirts and scarves that you can decorate yourself with and that carry the message that Liverpool has won the Premier League 2024/25. We know that it is not completely certain but in our eyes it is only a total disaster and possibly both earthquakes, tsunamis and volcanic eruptions that can prevent us from becoming league champions this season. At the time of writing there are 10 games left in the season, we lead by 13 points on an Arsenal who in their last 11 games must have an average of about 1.2 points more than us per game. In addition, we look at the schedule which shows that we have 6 home games and 4 away games left.
What if?
If Arsenal win the rest of their games then they will reach 87 points, we only need 20 points from our last 10 games in terms of goal difference, or to be a bit generous, 21 points to be safe. 20 points allows us to separate on a couple of banana peels, we can lose 3 games and win the rest, or draw 2 games, lose 2 and win the rest. If we win against Arsenal on May 10th then we will need even fewer points to get there. These are just numbers anyway, games have to be played but there is no power in the whole world that can take away from Liverpool the power of their own supporters and the quality we have in the playing group, we will win the Premier League 2024/25
