A festival of the size planned requires a large and strong organization with dedicated staff. We therefore want to involve people who want to contribute to making this a success. This will be a fantastic experience and not least something you can be proud to have been a part of.

TEAM Communication / SoMe
We would like to hear from you who have digital expertise, preferably in video production, app development and image editing. You are gentle, solution-oriented and creative. We are also looking for you who can participate and create life on social media during the festival. If you are a photographer and know how to capture the moments, we would like to hear from you. You will be part of a creative team that will do something no one has done before!

TEAM Accommodation and transport
We would like to hear from you who are a bit practical, drive a car and who can fix things when no one else thinks it can be fixed. You are of course extremely service-minded, flexible and possibly have your own drill!

TEAM Serving / Hospitality
We would like to hear from you as an experience from dining and would like to have spent as much time behind the bar as in front. It is also an advantage if you speak good English as those in this team will also be responsible for visiting artists and other hired guests. You know what it takes for guests to feel that they are getting that little bit extra.

TEAM Service

There are 1000 small and big things that must be in place before, during and after such a festival. We therefore need people who are not afraid to take on an extra roof, who are often a little practical and who see solutions rather than obstacles. The main tasks in this team will be guard duty, up and down rig and various incidental tasks during the festival.
