This guy needs no introduction. He has sung his way into the hearts of Liverpool supporters all over the world, and we’re proud that he’s once again chosen to come to us!

Conquered the world
When we invited Andy Hodgson to the Liverpool Festival in 2023, he was a relatively unknown name to most people. We placed him on our small stage but quickly realized that he needed a bigger stage. This is an LFC musician who would eventually conquer supporter communities all over the world, there is hardly a single supporter who doesn't walk around humming Lucho, and who sings along when it echoes through the speakers.
Not many people know that Lucho might not have become such a success and even found its way to The Kop without the Liverpool Festival. Of course, we should not take credit for the success, but during the Liverpool Festival 2023, David John Jaggs (The Ragamuffins) and Andy met each other at the festival. They did not know each other before even though they were next door neighbors every matchday, with the responsibility of creating the atmosphere at Hotel Anfield and Taggy's respectively. About two weeks after the festival, they went into the studio and recorded Lucho, and the rest is history.
Andy has become a friend of Norway and likes to play several places during the year, at events at local supporter clubs all over the country. When he returns to the Liverpool Festival we know what we will get. A thoroughly pleasant and nice guy who knows how to create a great atmosphere among the supporters. Welcome back Andy!
Where can you stay?
This year too, you can choose your accommodation according to the comfort you want and of course what suits your wallet. All the accommodation we collaborate with are within comfortable walking distance of the festival area. We also operate our own RV park, which is already almost fully booked. Here you will find an overview of the places you can stay!
