Vi setter stor pris på alle dere som stiller opp på dugnad for at vi kan realisere Liverpoolfestivalen på Gjøvik. Uten dere er det ikke mulig å lage festival. Så tusen takk! Samtidig er det også nødvendig med en rettesnor og noen regler, slik at vi sikrer at både du og vi er enige om hvordan vi skal gjennomføre festivalen til det beste for alle de som kommer dit. Husk at du er vårt viktigste ansikt utad og når folk skal bedømme opplevelsen så betyr det du gjorde svært mye!

Our responsibility:

  • Liverpoolfestivalen undertakes to pay what is agreed for the work carried out during the festival.

  • Liverpoolfestivalen is obliged to give you all the necessary information about when and where you will meet, as well as about the work you will carry out.

  • The Liverpool festival provides food and drink on the days you work. Remember to bring a drinking bottle to use during the shift.

  • The Liverpool festival will facilitate a good working environment.

Your responsibility:

  • On duty, you must not under any circumstances consume or be under the influence of alcohol or other drugs during the work sessions.

  • When volunteering, you wear the distributed t-shirt at work, and not as an audience member at the festival. Then you can put on the Liverpool kit.

  • On duty for the Liverpool festival, you are a representative of the festival also outside of your agreed shifts. You thus undertake to report to the nearest guard if you observe any deviations. This includes, for example, minors with alcohol, heavily intoxicated people or situations that involve potential injuries.

  • On volunteering, Liverpoolfestivalen expects you to contribute to creating a good working environment at the festival and to carry out the tasks you have been assigned.

  • On duty, you are obliged to attend the work sessions precisely.

  • On duty, you must not make statements to the press on behalf of the festival.

  • On duty, you are obliged to notify the staffing manager as soon as possible in the event of illness.

  • If you fall ill or for some reason cannot attend, you are welcome to find a replacement for you, and notify the staffing manager immediately.

  • The volunteer job is paid according to a pre-agreed rate.
