WELCOME TO THE LIVERPOOL FESTIVAL IN GJØVIK 1-3. AUGUST

The Liverpool Festival is Scandinavia's largest festival of its kind. It is made by supporters, for supporters, and in August we will once again gather supporters for a weekend where you will get up close to Liverpool legends, hear the best music from Liverpool and of course meet like-minded people and feel the strong community it is to be a Liverpool supporter! On this page you can read more about the Liverpool Festival 2024 and hopefully make you want to make the trip to Gjøvik 1-3. August!

POSTER JULY 2.png
Who is coming?

The legends: Dietmar Hamann , Jan Mølby, Vegard Heggem, Glenn Hysèn

The music

We claim to have succeeded in gathering some of the very best supporter bands and LFC troubadours from Liverpool when we can serve you The Ragamuffins , David Jaggs and Andy Hodgson . These are guys who create atmosphere locally in Liverpool and who travel around at supporter events all over the world. When you also get Det Betales , the world's best Beatles tribute band, the sound of Gjøvik and Toten with Harry Hoovers paying tribute to Vazelina Bilopphøggers, you can hardly ask for more. But of course you should also bring Hr Smiths Venner who is perhaps the best band to interpret Joachim "Jokke" Nielsen's music and One Vision who pays tribute to Queen's music on Thursday. We also spice it up with Rasmus Dugstad and Thomas Paulsberg ....and we are looking forward to having Gustav Wentzel back on stage!

Festival pass

We don't want to rip anyone's shirt off, or more correctly, their suit. but a festival of the format that we arrange costs a lot to produce, of course. We still believe that we have found a decent price that the vast majority of people think in retrospect was worth it! You can choose between a day pass and a weekend pass, and you can also choose to buy tickets for a separate supporters' dinner on Friday evening and a special lunch for the girls on Saturday.

What's going on?

Our festival area is beautifully located down by Mjøsa and here you can romp around on almost 5,000 square meters. We have two stages, a good selection in our bars, sales of food, ice cream and chocolate, several supporter shops and more. There is also a separate area where children can let loose with activities. The vast majority will take place on the festival grounds, but you can also participate in events outside the festival grounds. Here you will find an overview of sales tents and stands

Supporter's dinner on Thursday with Vegard Heggem , Jan Runar Eliassen and the Demenskoret is very popular, there will also be a musical feature with David John Jaggs. You can read more about it here

Livergirls ONLY Saturday at the city's most beautiful outdoor restaurant, with a view of Mjøsa and the festival area was very popular last year. During this lunch for the girl supporters, you will meet Glenn Hysèn and musical elements with Andy Hodgson . The event is in collaboration with the official supporters' club in Norway. Read more about it here

We also invite you to English breakfast at Brygga on both Friday and Saturday. Here there will be breakfast for those who are hungry, or if you would like to enjoy something good in the glass, it is possible. It will be a perfect start to the day with live music and hopefully a Mjøsa bathed in the sun.

Read more about the breakfast here

All legends and guests will be present on the festival grounds and mingle with the participants in addition to meet&greets from the stage, where they share stories from their careers, thoughts about the current team and answer questions. There will also be various competitions, quizzes and more where you can win prizes from Liverpool FC and our other partners.

Where is Gjøvik?

Gjøvik is Innlandet's pearl as we see it. Fantastic location by Mjøsa, Norway's largest lake. In terms of experience, the weather is good at the beginning of August (according to the festival manager) Take a look at our city here.

The festival area is approximately 5,000 square meters and it is located down by Mjøsa. Click here to find the exact location or search for the Liverpool festival on Google Maps .

Everything within walking distance of the center and the festival area. We recommend that you book accommodation as soon as possible. You pay nothing when you order.

Many people have already announced their arrival in Gjøvik on Wednesday, the day before the festival officially opens. We invite you to an informal preview at the city's Liverpool pub. This is open to all Liverpool fans and completely free. A perfect recharge for the festival weekend. Read more about it here   The RV park is also open from Wednesday.
